Dr. Jelena earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Belgrade, Serbia, in 1993. Shortly after, she immigrated to Canada in 1994 and successfully obtained her Canadian dental license in 1995. Since then, she has been passionately serving the community alongside her husband in their family dental practice, established in 1995.

A longstanding member of the Canadian Dental Association and the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, Dr. Jelena is committed to continuous learning. Over the past 30 years, she has actively participated in numerous dental courses and studies, ensuring she stays at the forefront of advancements in dentistry.

She truly enjoys working with children, providing each child with an individualized approach to help them feel comfortable and at ease during their dental visits. Additionally, she has a strong interest in helping patients with TMJ problems due to clenching and grinding and believes in the therapeutic use of Botox as a new approach to pain relief.
